Weglot team

What we do

Weglot’s mission is to make it effortless to have a website in multiple languages and we make that a reality. More than 70,000 users trust Weglot to translate, display, localize, and manage their multilingual websites, all within one central interface.

What we offer

At Weglot, people lead the way. We’re a team with multinational backgrounds, diverse interests, and a shared passion for learning.

Here, everyone has a voice: we encourage suggestions, questions, and new ideas. We take feedback seriously—it’s an invaluable part of the decision-making process for company policies to ensure employee well-being.

That’s because our top priority is our people. We want everyone to have a proper balance between their personal and professional commitments.

And we mean it: that’s why we’re currently testing a 4-day work week. We’re also enthusiastic—join us for a game of foosball, karaoke night, or a board game session to see how quickly things escalate!

How we work together

our team and culture

We aim to cultivate a collaborative, ambitious, and inclusive environment where everyone knows—and feels—the importance of their contribution to the team. Here’s a look at how we do it:

  • Quarterly meetings to define individual objectives
  • Weekly company-wide meeting to inform everyone of Weglot’s progress and updates, as well as each team’s projects and objectives
  • Learning sessions every Thursday, held by a team member to share their expertise and knowledge on a specific topic (technical skills, soft skills, you name it).
